EFC has a group of volunteers trained to assist new Canadians fill out their own immigration forms.  These volunteers do not provide legal counsel nor do they submit forms for individuals. These volunteers do not promise any specific results, nor do they take responsibility for immigration outcomes. They simply assist in helping to understand and fill out needed forms and paperwork.

As a church body, we want to help serve each other in practical ways. This may be in the form of prayer ministry, counseling, providing meals, offering physical help to complete projects, or giving rides to appointments.

Corporate prayer is an important part of our faith community and there are a number of opportunities to be involved in corporate prayer at EFC.

EFC has a thriving Sunday School ministry. With classes for all ages and life place, we would encourage you to come and learn with us.

Sunday School runs September - May at 9:45am


EFC offers an age specific teaching time during the message portion of the Sunday morning service.

Children ages 3-5 are invited to participate in this program. This teaching time includes Bible stories, games, crafts and singing. This program is led by caring adult leaders.


EFC Youth Ministry has as its goal to provide a safe place for youth to grow as followers of Jesus. Youth Nights are open to all youth in Gr.7-12. Youth participate in Bible Studies, service projects, worship times and fun activities. There is a strong goal of developing caring community within the youth group.

Women’s ministry is a time for women to connect and grow in their faith in Christ. Women’s ministry includes events like the women’s retreat, Bible study series, prayer and sharing times, and other social events.
